Speed trap on the exit ramp. The cop was standing in the middle of the exit ramp from the 278 to forest ave.
They will ticket you for going over the suggested speed limit and give you 6 points. Be careful slow down as this is a sure revenue for NYC. They also can double the fine as all Staten island is a work area, day or night even if no one is actually working.

Highway patrol with laser hiding under the 440 overpass on the south bound korean war memorial parkway.

Highway Patrol sits under the Bloomingdale Rd overpass, just past it on, and I’ve even seen them hiding in a cut out area in the woods!

Blue & White car almost always is hiding in the parking lot by Loiue’s haircutting (next to the old Gulf station location). They wait for people going down Richmond Ave using cell phones or no seat belts or speeding. They get DOZENS of people each week.
