Brathenal police sit in a dark color unmarked car anywhere between the Eddy Rd exit ramp to the Lakeshore Blvd. Exit ramp. This whole stretch of road is poorly lite and the car is almost invisible. Car can be on berm before Eddy Rd, in the ramp median just at Eddy and also on the berm between the Eddy and Lakeshore Blvd exit ramp.
