Mount Pleasant, South Carolina Speed Traps

They park most of the time in the First Baptist parking lot, sometimes they park nearer to Coleman Blvd., along side the road. It is usually a marked police car. Speed limit is 25, they mean 25 too.

Officers sit at different points on Simmons Street and since speed limit is 25, it is very easy to go over that. They are not always there so you always have to watch out.

Three unmarked cars patrol this road and also are on US 526. One is a white 4 door sedan unmarked. The second is all over Mt. Pleasant and is a solid black sport coupe with dark windows. The third is a light tan van and patrols primarily Long Point Rd.

Police Car parked just past Masters Inn on driver side of Wingo Way Rd….the spped limit is 35 so it easy to go over that spped as the road is usually free of traffic. Wingo Way is approach to Ravenel Bridge so is used now more than in the past.
