Oakland, Tennessee Speed Traps

Clocked (dectector went off) at 61 in the area between the 65 mph and 55mph. Barney said I was in the 45 mph zone.

Cop (Ticket said cops (2) but there was only one — names are not legible and badge numbers are not legible) had lights on before I even got to the reduced speed sign. I had my cruise control on in a 55 MPH speed zone and ran into a 45 MPH speed zone. He gave me a ticket for going 58 MPH in a 45 MPH. I am going to pay the ticket, but remember Clinton wanted more law enforcement, for what, to harass the tax paying citizens. Where are these fine law enforcement officers when our homes are being broke into and the things we work for are stolen. I will tell you where they are, they are on the side of the road stealing money legally!!!!!!!!

These guys love to sit near a badly marked school zone. Whan I was pulled over, I pulled into a row of two other cars that had suffered the same fate. This is a small town who’s revenues obviously revolve around tickets.
