UT-Arlington Police heavily ticket Cooper Street…maintain speed limit and obey all stop signs. These guys will ticket you for everything. Outside Campus, Arlington PD more leniant but still Arlington area generally heavily patrolled in general (collins street, cooper)

These cops are fierce, and they are going after the high school students on their way to school. They are there in the morning, noonish, and after school around 3ish.
