There are Harris County deputies sitting on the side of the roadway as you approach Bellaire Blvd from Sugar Land. Also, these same deputies sit in a parking lot at the southern base of the Alief Clodine overpass on Highway 6 again as you approach Bellaire Blvd. The speed limit in both directions is 45 mph.
610 westbound feeder road between Shepherd Dr. and Ella
2 HPD officers hiding on side street just before Ella traffic light on westbound feeder road on foot clocking cars from behind shrubs with radar guns. No visible speed limit signs are posted on the entire stretch of road, only large orange "Road Work" signs. After they tag you, the officers walk out in the middle of the road stopping traffic and have cars pull over (out of site) onto side street. VERY low profile and hidden. According to policeman, speed limit is 45mph, though no speed limit signs are posted anywhere on that stretch of road. I was caught by them Tuesday, 9/17/2013 at 8:35am and they are at the same location today as I saw on my way to work at 8:10am.
