This road connects The Boulevard to Conduit rd. and has many neightborhood streets located off of it. Cruisers will sit and wait at the bottom of a hill and the speed limit is only 25mph, so going down hill, they always catch you speeding.

All along the Boulevard the speed changes, but unlike most localities which have numbers ending in "5’s" or "0’s" the speeds change arbitrarily. It starts down near Petersburg at 25, changes to 35 then 40 and back down to 30 all in about a 5 mile stretch. This area has been notoious for catching speeders for decades.

Coming out of Prince George County from a 55mph zone to a 35mph zone is tough. They will sit out anywhere in the median at any time of day. Although you will see them more late at night when there is no one on the road which makes it a lot easier to speed.

No posted speed limit when travelling southbound, but posted 35 when travelling northbound. Officers will sit in the parking lots of several of the closed warehouses. Road is primarily used by locals to avoid the congestion on conduit road and temple avenue.
