Interstate 95 near US Highway I - 95 coming out of North Carolina and entering Petersburg, VA going ahead into Richmond   Richmond, Virginia

Entering Richmond, near the downtown area. Coming around the bend in the road is an underpass, and a cop sits under that bridge. He is constantly stopping cars, trucks, etc. Prior to entering that underpass, there were no visible posted speed limit signs, and none that stated you are entering a corridor, and that the speed limit fines are triple. As a matter of fact, Virgnia has very few posted speed limit signs anywhere, and especially in the Richmond area near the downtown area.

Broad Street near US Highway By the 288 exits   Richmond, Virginia

Was going down Broad Street past Stranges Florist and luckily I had my radar detector going, but got a blast of constant on, looked up ahead and saw a red Camaro pulling someone over. Its a 45 where it should be a 55. I even caught myself going 10 over

Mayland Drive near Parham Road   Richmond, Virginia

Richmonds West End off of Mayland Dr. you can often find an officer hiding in the small business park just West of Parham. Or as Mayland slopes down I've seen them at the Legacy apartments drive at Tuckernaut Dr. They are there several says a week.

Gaskins Road near Patterson Avenue   Richmond, Virginia

Travelling southbound on Gaskins, just before you hit the cemetery on Right, you'd notice a Henrico county cop waiting in a hidden driveway sorta thing. When he's there, he gets one after the other, pulling over into the cemtery :-)

Interstate 95 near I95- 55 mph posted zones   Richmond, Virginia

Local police car sits along I-95 in the posted 55 mph zone & tags the last car in a group of cars all exceeding the speed limit. Witnessed the same selective method with a rolling vehicle on the way north. Beware of selective enforcement methods in the posted 55 mph zone around Richmond!
