Buford Highway Road near Clairmont Avenue   Atlanta, Georgia

At the bottom of the hill between Clairmont and Briarcliffe, many DeKalb county police cars will simply wait. The limit is 45, which is actually reasonable for the area, but a lot of people let gravity from the steep hill on either side pull them up to 52 to 57, and I personally have been nailed there twice. BE CAREFUL they sit there morning and night, off and on.

I-75 Expressway   Atlanta, Georgia

This entrance to I-75 south is very poorly marked, particularly at dusk and through the night. The entrance is in the middle of the overpass and comes into the HOV lane of I-75. However, it is not clear that this is an HOV entrance only until you get on it. The officer sits in the middle of the exit & egress ramps (the only place to turn around once you realize that it is HOV only) and tickets single drivers going down the ramp. when I went to court the judge said they have to deal with those tickets all the time & that they needed to mark the road better! It was dismissed

Interstate I-20 East bound near Interstate I-75/85   Atlanta, Georgia

Near the I-75/85 merge to I-20 East, officers sit behind the medium wall. You cannot see them until you go over the I-75/85 over pass, by then it is too late.
