Bittersweet Road between Jefferson and Lincolnway
Speed limit is 35mph here (unless school zone light flashing, then it is 25). City police car patrols road, sits inside condominum concrete wall or in other parking lots, including Martin’s and bank parking lots. I have seen cars pulled over all times of the day, Monday-Friday.
Jefferson at Cedar
Joran Ford on Jefferson, a county cop sits there everyday after 3pm.
Main and McKinley behind K-Mart
Mishawaka PD usually sits behind K-Mart or the nearby church. They use this spot as routine DUI patrols, but wont hesitate to go after speeders. (Speaking from experience) Speed limit is 30 mph. Be careful.
McKinley between Went St. and Division St.
Have seen a Mishawaka PD officer that parks on the south side of McKinley off the road and behind the sign of a storage facility. It is a 25 mph school zone and they watch it very closely. I saw him one morning with a car stopped in the school zone and in the time that I traveled from one end of the zone to the other, he had released the car he had stopped backed up into the entry of the storage facility and pulled back out and stopped another car. I continue to see a traffic stop in that area atleast 4 times a week.
