Only speed limit sign 1/2 mile before, were it is a two lane road. Road opens up to 4 lanes in a wide open area and drivers increase speed. Photo speed enforcement a the intersection is what got me. PD said they will issue tickets after 11 mph over limit. I was ticketed for 12 mph over limit (57 in a 45). I am sure I would not have been traveling at more than 52 mph.

An officer waits (usually late at night) hidden on one of the
two gated side streets that dead end at Westland . Motorists turning
West onto the stretch of Westland Rd. off Pima are not
aware of the sharp speed limit drop on that section of Westland Rd.

Going East on Lincoln Dr. across Scottsdale Rd. the speed limit changes from 40 mph to 25 mph within less than a half block and without warning. A marked police car sits just out of sight on 73rd Street.
