All photo cameras on the 101 except for the one southbound on Shea, have been removed from the freeway. I believe that one will be next.

Several photo radar cameras (Redflex) were put into use several years before FCC acceptance and certification. Redflex receives 80% of revenue. Governor wants mobile photo units on ALL state routes. Reflecting/refracting license covers illegal as of July, 2008.

The speed limit goes from 30 – 25- 20 miles per hour within a very short distance. Van is always parked on South side of Chaparral, just East of 68th Street.

The speed enforcement van is placed generally east of 104th Street on Muntain View Road
