Lake Boulevard near Clay Street

Redding, CaliforniaSep 07, 20070 Comments

On Lake Blvd. just west of Clay St. the road goes down on to a bridge and over the rail road tracks then up again. There is a motorcycle cope there usually on the west bound side on a small service road. There is one on both sides of the bridge. Sometimes there are several police cars on Clay St. to pick you up. This is a 40 mile speed limit. Just past this going west it is a 45 limit. I see him a lot in the morning and around noon.

Motorcycle cops hide (literally) in the bushes in a private driveway across from Edgewood. Speed limit through there is 30. Usually motorists coming from the west (Victor Ave., Costco, Winco area) are the ones they target.
