Speed limit changes from a 35 to 40 after Victory heading South on Balboa. Most traffic speeds up beyond this, as its slightly downhill and three wide lanes. Between one and three officers, 1-2 motorcycles (always), sometimes one patrol car as well, and they watch this heavily during evening rush hour and late at night.

Motocycle Cops in pairs, Patrol up and down Van Nuys Blvd One Pair will go north while another will go south. Within the time period of 45 mins I seen them pull over 4 cars. There very aggressive here.

motorcycle cops write loads of tickets. they use k, ka, and laser. they guys are very hard to see and are heartless. they are out mostly mon thru sat from 7am to 10pm. the speed limit is 35 mph and most traffic does 45 to 60. make sure to invest in a good radar detector before venturing in van nuys!

Go south from victory .8 of a mile in on woodley.He is sitting on the 2nd curve inbetween 2 trees. Also, they use mostly a laser gun, when they actually use it so ask to see it.Once in court he will lie to the judge and say he was not near any trees and behind a guardrail.
