Van Nuys, California Speed Traps

Seen motorcycle cops (2-3) right across Costco / New pep boys. Hide in driveway alongside a 3 story building just beside old train tracks (oxnard blvd). Another trap, south of Burbank on west side of sepulveda blvd 2-3 Moto cops in different driveways before Magnolia blvd. Seen them almost every day of week AM & PM. Sometimes on week ends Saturday especially.

They use mostly K band radar but I hear they also have Laser. They hide behind a variety of places that are hard to detect for the unwary. They write a LOT of tickets on this street. I’ve seen than point their gun at me while I was driving the posted 35 hoping that if they shake it at me hard enough it will change the reading. They are hard nosed as I found outback in 96 when a cop had actually clocked the wrong car( which turned before passing his motorcycle)
