Parker’s finest love to camp out 1/2 mi E of Parker Rd. on Hilltop after dark with their lights out. Anything over 40 will get you pinched (35 posted). This is also a favorite DUI checkpoint location.

Pine Drive

Trap is in a School zone just north of Parker Core Knowledge Charter School on Pine Dr.. Be carefull as they are well hidden and love to catch people going North bound when the speed limit drops from 40 to 25. To make things worse it’s on a downhill slope. They are normally there from approx. 8am to 10am and again from 2pm to 4pm on weekdays. They go in binges, I won’t see them for a week, then they’re there for 4 or 5 days sraight.

Lincoln Road

If you drive on lincoln rd, especially lincoln & parker road intersection, I advise to go the speed limit in that place. I work in albersons and i drive home every day on that road. one or two cops are always there on the lincoln road (in the middle of the road) waiting to bust some one. 5 out of 6 nights at 10pm i see a poor guy stopped and busted. Be aware when driving at night on lincoln rd. USE A RADAR DETECTOR!

Unmarked Douglas County Sheriff vehicle, a dark red GMC Yukon with dark tinted windows, an aftermarket roof rack that conceals a thin light bar underneath visible at the front and rear, and red & blue lights concealed behind the front grill. Utilizes Ka radar while driving either east or west on Lincoln.
