US Highway I39 near Baxter Road
ISP sits on the Baxter Road overpass and their cruisers are all but hidden by the bridge walls. You can see the cruiser’s roof if you look carefully, but by the time you are close enough to see it, they have you. They run LIDAR, usually against northbound traffic because they have a stick-straight line-of-sight view as cars come over the hill north of McNeal Rd. a mile away. Additional ISP interceptors then pounce on you from the northbound Baxter Road on-ramp and pull you down. I’ve personally seen six ISPs with captured prey at the same time in that spot. Just slow down coming over that hill!
