Wood Dale, Illinois Speed Traps
Railway crossing at Irving Park Road and RR crossing. Camera and crossing gate are not co-ordinated. I got ripped off for $375.00. Its all about money. hang on to your wallets.
they sit in the entrance to the parking lot of the condo building on Route 83 right at the bottom of the hill/overpass that goes over Irving park road & the rail road tracks accross from the high school, they catch people heading south bound on 83, you never know when they will be there, they sit there any time of day, i see people pulled over there all the time, they also sit at the stop light at Rt. 83 & grove, sits on grove facing east
There are several business parking lots they will sit in. You will not see them until they have you on radar. It is a busy street and people are usually are in a hurry to get to work. The 30 mile limit is warranted, however, due to the level of trucks entering and exiting the many different businesses.
Police car is parked in condo parkway off of Montrose Ave. targeting traffic on Rt. 83 north & south bound facing south.
This is a residential street that is used to get to the industrial park approx. 4 blocks nroth of the Central/Irving Park intersection. Speed limit is 20 mph and heavily patrolled by police.
