Interstate I-64 W near Mile Marker B & 9 MM
Unmarked crown victoria sits on right shoulder of curvy road. Speed limit is 55–no visible signs I could see because speed limit was 65 when I last saw a sign. I was given a ticket for going 70–I was in the fast lane and following a vehicle pulling a trailer and cars were close behind me and all three lanes of traffic were going same speed.
Ninth Street near Kentucky Street
LMPD works Ninth between 7th and Kentucky constantly during the daytime hours. The street is divided with a low speed limit of 35 MPH.
Preston Street near Audubon Parkway
Along Preston Street from Clarks Lane south to Phillips Lane, City of Audubon Police (6th class city of Louisville). Officer parks mostly in funeral home parking lot south of Clarks Lane, mainly in the AM, but has been seen during the PM rush hour. Also has been spotted further south at Hess Lane intersection. Is there 3 out of 5 days a week.
Cane Run Road near Crums Lane
An Officer sits in the parking area of the Fire Department next to some New Apartments. Speed Limit drop from 45 mph to 35 mph just before reaching the Speed Trap.
Goose Creek Road near Westport Road
Meadowvale Subdivision has a speed limit of 20 mph. The radar is used from various locations near Westport Rd. usually near the apartments on the East side of the street in Meadowvale. The marked car is parked to look like it is a "take home" car parked in the resident parking.
