Redford, Michigan Speed Traps

This section of Telegraph is posted as 45 mph, while the rest of Telegraph is 50. Police presence is high, and they will pull you over for going 50. I have seen 5 cars being pulled over at one time at this intersection.

Police sit in a parking area on the North side of 7mile road just East of Inkster. It will usually be a marked car parked in an obscured location. Speed limit is only 35mph. Police easily catch Westbound 7-mile traffic going 40+ mph. I spot this trap almost every morning on my way to work.

Redford Police tend to hide out under the Telegraph overpass and in the parking lot of the shopping center at the northwest corner of I-96 & Telegraph

Redford Police like to sit on either side of the I96 overpass on Telegraph and just south of the vi-duct north of Plymouth Rd, especially during peak traffic times (morning, lunch, evening)

Seven Mile road just a few blocks East of Inkster road, usually on the west-bound side but will operate in either direction. Very strict enforcement of 35MPH speed limit.
