Dickson Street near Ryan Road

Sterling Heights, MichiganJul 25, 20070 Comments

Dickson is a residental street and they will stop you for going five mph over the 25mph limit. They hide between cars parked on the street.

16 Mile Road near halfway between Mound and Ryan Road

Sterling Heights, MichiganJul 25, 20070 Comments

They like to hide in the driveway of St. Basil church and I see them there several times during the day.

Heritage Street near Stonewood Street

Sterling Heights, MichiganJul 22, 20070 Comments

Police sit on Stonewood in semi-marked cars watching the only 4 way stop in the subdivision full of Yield signs. Be sure you come to a complete stop or else. You may even get the speeding ticket to go with the failure to stop. Failure to stop completely at the sign = $120 fine!

Dobry Road near Between Ryan and Dequindre

Sterling Heights, MichiganJun 26, 20070 Comments

Parked along south side of Dobry Road, in entrance to new sub or around pumping station. Usually looking for speeders heading eastbound, but I have seen them pulling over people heading each way. New paving on Dobry encourages higher speeds than the 45 MPH posted limit. Careful!

17 Mile Street near Utica Road

Sterling Heights, MichiganJun 25, 20070 Comments

17 Mile just west of Utica Road continuing down 17 mile to Mound road…police in unmarked cars…park along side of Road and catch people all day long…they are turning off roads that are 50 mile per hour and 17 Mile is 35 mph.
