A Sterling Heights Police offer sits in Front of the old White Farmhouse at 33165 Red Run. This is directly accross the street from west entrance (back entrance) to Fieldstone apartments. Individuals traveling from 14 mile turning North (onto Red Run) can’t see the Radar Cop as they approach quite a large dip in the road and when they come out of it, it is too late.
Dobry Road near M-59 Expressway
On Dobry (M-59 service drive) between Mound and Utica Rd. The speed limit is only 35 but much of this traffic has just come off the freeway, making this a hot spot for police to catch speeders.
Irving Road near Mile Marker 14.5
It is a residential area with a school on the leFort The speed limit is 25mph. It is very easy to go faster than the posted speed limit, however, I have seen many people get pulled over and I see a police officer almost daily. They like to park on the side streets off of Irving where it is difficult to see them before you’re getting pulled over.
