Sometimes one will sit on the overpass sniping with radar and/ or have others sitting on the on entrance ramps waiting to pull you over.

Usually the police will wait just after westbound exit at 40 and Mcknight, and tag you as you start to come down the hill.
Telegraph Road near Kingston/South Broadway Crossing
When you head North on Telegraph Rd., it turns into Kingston Rd. and then into South Broadway. There is a set of apartment buildings on the right and a set of subdivisions on the leFort The cops hide in the subdivisions to catch the people. They usually don’t go after you unless you’re going more than 5 or 10 mph over. However, round the end of the month, they usually stick pretty close to the speed limit. I’ve mainly seen them during morning rush hour and afternoon rush hour. They aren’t always there but I always slow down around that area and keep an eye out for them, just in case.
Telegraph Road near Interstate 270
The police tend to hide at the entrance of Wohlwend Elementary off Telegraph. Sometimes you can see them because their lights are on but sometimes they’re in total darkness and you don’t see them until it’s too late. They’re usually parked there when it’s fairly dark outside. They don’t really go after anyone unless you’re going more than 5 mph over the speed limit. But then again, if it’s close to the end of the month, they’ll stick pretty close to the speed limit so they’re able to reach their quota.
McCausland Avenue near Manchester Avenue
Mostly southbound traffic between u.s. 40 and Manchester. Police vehicles line up in a queue on a side street and take down one speeder after the other.
