Westinghouse Boulevard near Interstate 77

Charlotte, North CarolinaJun 08, 20041 Comments

Westinghouse between Steele Creek Rd. and I-77. Cops especially like to hide in all of the hidden side streets in this industrial area. 45MPH is the posted limit. Hard to get used to when moving with fast moving traffic on I-77. Westinghouse is a fairly wide road to, giving you the feeling that the speed limit should be much faster than what is posted.

Park Road near Interstate 485

On Park Road all the way to the I-485 Ramps. Cops are hiding in driveways, they are parking in turn lanes waiting for you coming over hills, doing whatever they can to write a ticket as you either come off the Intersate or are heading towards it….it makes no difference to them.

Between Sharon Amity Road & The Plaza Road on W.T. Harris Blvd going towards The Plaza on the right side about a quarter mile from the traffic light at Sharon Amity. It’s usually the Charlotte-Mecklenberg Police, but I have seen a State Trooper there also. It’s 6 lanes with a 45 MPH speed limit.
