Between Lee and Taylor in the 20 MPH school zone a bunch of the CHPD stand on a corner snagging every car going over like 25. They are on foot so when they get the cars they want they jump out into the street.

Any place on noble, mostly towards Monticello at the bottom of the hill.

This trap seems to appear mostly on weekend evenings and it is really a sight to see. I’ve never experienced anything like it, before. One night my friend and I shot pool at Jillian’s for about two hours and in that time we saw the same cop pull over no less than 12 people, one after the other. Our table was right by the big glass windows out front and every few minutes we’d see the cop’s lights come on. When we left, we found out there was another cop working the tiny side street next to the Jillian’s parking lot.

police cruiser will post itself in the parking lot between the first house and the wall seperating the carwash lot, next to the dumpster. It is hard to pick up due to the bushes lining the houses driveway, and a bend in the road at that same spot. Also you are going downhill when on cumberland, so picking up the car is almost impossible until it is too late.
