Mayfield Road near Coventry Road
Cops sit between Coventry and Superior on Mayfield all times of day, but especially late night. You can do 30 safely here, but not much more.
Coventy Road near Fairmount Boulevard
Between Fairmount Blvd. and Cedar rd. on Coventry Rd speed trapping is almost constant. the speed limit is 25 mph and in my opinion was installed by the city for the porpose of speed trapping. this location is noteworthy not only because of the amount of people pulled over and the unreasonably slow posted speed limit, but also because people are often stopped for going 28 or 29 mph.
Cedar Road near Where Cedar and Fairmont merge
Cleveland Heights police heavily enforce this small shopping and entertainment district early morning when Cleveland Clinic and UH employees are on the way in. The speed limit is 25 MPH, but many try to beat the lights by flying through, which can be dangerous! A white and green cruiser can often be seen in the gas station parking lot or in the bank lot.
Superior Road near Goodnor Road
A police cruiser hides on Goodnor Rd. and waits for speeders or red light runners on Superior Rd.
