Lesile Street near Steeles Street
On Lesile near Steeles, there is a slope. Usually police car hides on west side of Lesile, you can not see it when coming from sourth.
York mills Road near Between Yonge ST and bayview AVE
I’ve seen speed traps there about 4 or 5 times. It’s on York mills road going west, between Bayview ave and Yonge St. There’s a small uphill after the first traffic light from bayview, and they hide in a small street. The speed limit is 50km/h, I almost got booked once, I was going about 20 over, but I stopped accelerating because I was lighting a smoke, and my car slowed down to about 60, when i looked up, I saw them there.
Finch Avenue near Leslie Street
Going West on Steeles West of Leslie, you start to come down a small hill. There is a bridge in front and because of the angle of the road, the cruisers parked on the other side of the bridge can see you but its hard for you to make them out because of the bridge partially obstructing your view. They are parked right across the street from the little plaza with the Second Cup and Blockbuster in it. I got my first speeding ticket here 6 years ago and to this day I see them there at least once a week.
Jane Street near Weston Road
Coming southbound on Jane street, immediately after you head over the bridge between trethewey and weston. They park themselves in a lot on the east side of Jane (before weston), and face north to catch you coming over the bridge. Limit is 50, keep WELL under 60. They’re pretty stingy there.
Bayview Street near Lawrence Avenue
As you come over the bridge to turn onto lawrence from bayview, a speed trap with a few cruisers is setup at the entrance to the Toronto French School, which is right befor the hill that turns onto bayview.
If i remember correctly, the speed limit drops from 60 to 50 on the bridge and you’re rounding a blind corner so its very easy to get caught.
