Eugene, Oregon Speed Traps

Many mornings I see a MC cop on the westbound side of Beltline at the Barger exit. He is normally visible as you come around the corner from west to south, sometimes he has gotten more sneaky and hides on the downhill side (he can not be seen from any distance) near the barger onramp just after the exit, you crest the hill and have little to no time to slow down before he’s got your speed, use caution in this area. Mostly on the westboud side, but I have seen him eastbound too.

A motorcycle cop waits in a driveway on the westside of Coburg Road just north of the Willakenzie intersection, always looking north.

Two Motorcycle cops routinely sit in front of Autzen Stadium giving tickets routinely!

At least one if not two/three motorcycle cops sit in the 1600-1700 block of Crescent Ave. The speed limit goes from 35 to 25 then back to 35 again. No apparent reason for the speed change other than to give tickets. They seem to be there between 2:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon.

There is constantly a police car waiting on the side next to Dutch Bros during midnight. it’s just right past the crossover bridge from Springfield to Eugene where there is a posted speed limit of 45MPH Before the bridge and 35 MPH after the bridge. Police will scan you from the right with lights off.
