During the afternoon rush hour, I have noticed a police car sitting at the intersection of Walnut Hill and Esters from time to time, sitting next to where Esters dead ends. Beltline Road, between Northgate and Country Club DR.
As you’re heading north on Beltline, the road goes downhill. Irving PD like to park in the parking lot on the west side of the road and pop speeders flying over the hill. Since there’s a school zone just north of the bottom of the hill, they like to hide in that parking lot and catch speeders going southbound, too.
