US Highway I-81 near US Highway 581
The VSP are using the new Spectre 4 radar detector-detector (RDD) to knab radar detector users on I-81 near Roanoke. My suggestion, be very cautious as many have been stopped for using a rd recently.
US Highway 581 near Exit Number 4W/4E
A state trooper is parked behind the bushes on the highway right as you pass Orange Ave. exit 4W going north on 581.
Edgewood Street near Brandon Avenue
On Edgewood Street that runs between Brandon Avenue adn Memorial Avenue, police will park in front of houses like most residents do. The car is a light blue unmarked car or a marked vehicle and look like any other parked car. They radar cars coming down the hills on that street.
Interstate 581 near Exit Number Wonju St.
When heading North on I-581 past the Wonju street exit, there is a motorcycle cop sitting on the right hand side of the road. Most of the time it is easy to see him in advance, as he normally is just sitting on his bike shooting his radar gun at traffic. Don’t get caught!
