Bellevue Way near NE 17th Street
Bellevue City Motorcycle officers are on the W. side of Bellevue Way around NE 17th St. You see them as you are heading towards the Bellevue square part of Bellevue.
The officers are there typically in late morning (maybe morning rush hour as well). The speed trap is infrequent and apparently at irregular intervals.
Lake Washington Boulevard near Interstate 90
Motorcycle police hide in the Mercer Slew public boat launch entrance about 1 mile south of the I-90 overpass on Lake Washington BLVD. There is also a bush they hide behind sometimes about 2 blocks sout of I-90.
150th-SE Avenue near Newport Way
Going down the hill on 150th.
Just as you are going around a small bend, they are actually go in the middle of the street tagging you.
Although it is a major road in the area, the speed is still 25 mph. Mostly they are on SE 44th, SE 43, PL and SE 43 St. This is a bad one since there is so little time to react. Many of us that live in the area and avoid it when possible.
24th Street near 164th Street
By Interlake High school, just across the street from sherewood forest, catches all people on their way home from school. Hide by the bus stop on the left if your heading away from interlake
Coal Creek Parkway near Cougar Mnt Trail
The motorcycle cops like to sit in the trailhead parking lot in the area of Coal Creek they call "the dip". It’s at the bottom of the hill, where the speed limit is 40mph and it’s very easy to hit 50mph. Especially patrolled during rush hours.
