173rd Avenue near Tam-O-Shanter Park

Bellevue, WashingtonAug 17, 20070 Comments

Usually two motorcycle officers sit in the park pull-out and radar scan drivers coming North or South as they round the curves at each end of the park. Sit on the East side of the street which gives them a perfect view. Since this is a "Microsoft" area it is a prime spot to exceed the posted 25 mph limit, which is a safe limit due to the narrow roadway and bike lane with an abundance of pedestrians with no sidewalks. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
