Clay Street near Interstate 65
A motorcycle sits hidden on one of the cross streets trapping motorists who have just come of I-65 South headed to work in the downtown area. The speed limit is 30mph and current construction projects regularly have one in-bound lane blocked. As commuters jockey for position into one lane, this "public servant" tickets anything over 40mph.
