Portola Parkway near Culver Drive
Motorcycle officer hides himself in one of the small access-ways on the northbound side. Very hard to see until you’re on top of him.
East Yale Loop
There are 6-8 stop signs along east yale loop. I’ve seen motorcycle and IPD officers routinely sit along one or more of these stop signs waiting for someone to blow thru them.
Be careful especially during school hours, they like to sit at the stop sign nearest to the alderwoods school.
Yale and Walnut
On Yale rite before you hit walnut…u will go thru 4 stop signs..on the second stop sign if u look to ur left u will see a bike cop sittin there wit a patrol car..they watch if u make a complete stop or just fly down the road…many people do not notice this stop sign…
Harvard Bl b/w Michelson and University
Watch out…Irvine cruisers and motors frequent this area. Speed limit is 50 but people tend to do 60+. You’ll find them in the Korean Church parking lot or near the ice rink.
