Motorcycle officers at either end of long avenue with no 4-way intersections. Speed limit of 30 MPH is somewhat low. Usually present at AM/PM rush hours. No accidents noted for a long time. Probably just a good location to trap motorists.

L.A.P.D Motorcycle police hiding between cars with radar gun between Glendale Bl. and Fletcher Dr. Could be 1,2,or3 Motorcycles. Anytime of day, but mostly at rush hour. Have seen them on Saturdays but rare. Also the rest of the way down Riverside Dr. to Figueroa are sometimes patrolled with Radar.
