Going north on Cedar avenue, after crossing Lake street a car sits either by the cemetary driveway or across the street.
W 54th Street near Humboldt Avenue
This is a 3 way stop, the police will sit on humboldt ave, humbodlt ends at 54th, you need to come to a complete stop here, after the traffic cops gets sick of giving tickets on 50th Street, he will go over to this location waiting for a roller.
Cargo Road near UPS gateway
Not many people will know of this road, but it is right by the UPS and Fedex gateways at the MSP airport. When you are driving towards the airport on Cargo Rd, there is a sharp turn to the left after the tunnel. Very frequently, there are two or three airport police cars catching anyone going over 25 on that turn. I drive on this road every work day and i have seen them out there at least twice a month handing out 15-20 tickets each time.
Kasota Street near U of M
Three-way stop at south-end of Kasota avenue (heading towards 15th Ave), near the University of Minnesota campus. Cops will literally sit in the parking lot adjacent to the three-way stop, and will ticket you if you don’t come to a complete stop, count to 10, and begin driving again. I just received $410 in fines last night. Thanks!
50th Street near Penn Avenue
Multiple squads are waiting in the wings for the cue to nab. There is often an officer standing with a radar gun or the 1st squad will be doing the radar with a line of anxious cops not far ahead of them waiting for the signal. watch out. (Near Mount Olivet Church or the 50th & Penn intersection.)
