Dallas, Texas Speed Traps
hampton Road near wentworth Street
There are two motorcycle cops pulling people left and right. The speed trap is located between Jefferson and 12th Street on S. Hampton Rd.
State Highway 190 near Coit Crossing
2 State Troopers patrol the length of George Bush Tollway during weedays. Enforcement is pretty consistent between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Occasionally you will see Carrollton police near the tollway and Josey Lane. Enforcement seems to be sporadic on weekends but more likely than not, there will be enforcement then as well.
Regardless of the constant enforcement and 60 mph speed limit, traffic flows between 65 mph and 80 mph most of the time. The troopers tend to pick out cars going above 70 mph as they couldn’t pull over all of the cars going less than that 🙂
Interstate 30W near US Highway 80
Patrol car sits under bridge of Loop 12 as you exit from US Highway 80 to I30W towards Dallas.
Interstate 35 near American Airlines Center
From the AAC to the Loop 12 merge, the highway is very hilly and there are alot of turns. This makes it easy for officers to be on the side of the road without drivers knowing until they reach the point. They aren’t there in the afternoon because the speed limit is 20 mph in the afternoon. (heavy traffic)
Anyplace with Sheriff or Constable
SHERIFFS/CONSTABLES HAVE A QUOTA AND ADMIT IT ON INTERNET!!!
Quotas are illegal in Texas and at undergroundcop.com they are griping about it. Apparantly the sheriffs traffic have a quota of 10/day and the constables also, though it doesnt say. Next time you get ticket from sheriff/constable ask them in court stand “isnt it true you have ticket quota of 10/day? etc. Have a printout of discussion to impeach them. Maybe a Freedom of information act request can get some more info on details. you should be able to beat a ticket from them with this info–QUOTAS ARE ILLEGAL IN TEXAS AND SHERIFFS/CONSTABLES ADMIT THEY HAVE THEM!!!!”
