Dallas, Texas Speed Traps

Cop sits behind fences accross from soccer fields and points his radar in both directions. It is very hard to see them behind the neighborhood sign and often they are in unmarked car.

Officer waits on center divider hidden by the crest of a hill. Prevailing traffic speeds usually exceed 70 in the left hand lane, while the speed limit is 60.

Officer on side street standing just out of sight on East side of Midway about 5 or 6 streets south of 635 checking cars going South on Midway. They are there most afternoons

Northwest Highway and Mixon. Officer sits off side of road just west of the Target Store with radar. Very early morning. I got a ticket at 5:00 AM going through there.

Officer sits in white unmarked crown victoria, anywhere along this area (depends on where he ended up after his last stop, he goes back into action immediately.) This road is six lanes with few side streets and no houses facing the road and is posted 35 mph.
