Beltline Road near Plano Road
Through out the whole intersection of Plano rd and Beltline, there will be at least 1 richardson cop car shooting a laser at the street from a parking lot. They usually stay in the parking lots of Staples, Richardson Square Mall, and the recently closed donut shop. The posted speed limit is 35mph so they usually go for speeding cars going well over 40.
