The rise in the road that goes over the river on Washington Blvd where the "It Pays to Live in Ogden" sign is over the road. I was at driver school last night for the ticket I received at this location and they said that is one speed traps they run every day, especially during lunch time.

Police will sit on the Ramp of the fire station. You can barley see them till it is to late. Sometimes the fire trucks are out and the police hid behind them.
