As you head south on Military Road coming from Old Glebe Road (it’s a commonly known connection from N. Arlington to the GW Parkway after a day’s work), there sometimes is a bike-cop hanging out at the bottom of a hill with a radar, waiting to nab anyone who’s speed gathers beyond the posted 30-mph limit. So, be careful as you come down the multiple hills on Military, because it’s easy to get up to 45 mph without even realizing it. And that’s Exactly why the cop hangs out there with his radar.
