Settler’s Landing Road near Eaton Street

Coming over the bridge on Settlers Landing into Downtown Hampton right at the bottom of the bridge in the turn lane for the Radison Hotel a cop will sit with his emergency lights blinking so you think it’s a broken down car but he got me going 37 in the 25 zone right after they changed the speed limit. It’s really a dumb speed limit considering the limit at that very same point going the opposite way is 35. Also all along Settler’s Landing through downtown they run radar All the time.

State Highway 64 West near Exit Number 664 South

Hampton, VirginiaJul 01, 20070 Comments

This is a total of 2 areas. One is located in Between a break in the concrete Jersey. A Motorist can ether be caught West or Eastbound. The Other area is about 3-400 feet further down on the right. Its a Offset angled area in the Jersey Eastbound, basically the safest thing is to slow before you hit the curve. Once around the curve you’ll see the area once all clear resume (your) Normal speed. Both of these areas are directly after the 664 South Exit.
