I-5 between Redmond/85th St. exit and 70th St. exit
Going north on I-5 after the 70th St. exit, there is usually a cop that waits on the sloped center median behind the 70th St. overpass. Hard to spot at night (when I see them the most) as it’s totally dark.
I 405 btwn Exit 20(Totem Lake) and Exit 22 (NE 160th St)
Particularly on weekends/holidays. This is the only turnout location (u-turns into center)for 10 miles each way on busy divided highway. Exit 22 is my route home and I see pull-overs all the time when volume is light.
