Airport Way near Spokane to Lander Streets
Motorcycle cops hide by the cement columns on underpass (in front of Water Dept, just north of Tully’s), where the speed limit drops to 30mph. Sometimes they even set up flanking teams between Alaska St. (by Fedex) north to Lander St.
Northwest 3rd Avenue near Northwest 53rd Street
Traveling south on 3rd Ave NW just north of NW Market St there is often a cop during morning school zone hours.
1st Avenue near Spokane Street
SPD Motorcycle Officers sit between Spokane Ave and the 1st Ave railyard overpass. Common to see people pulled over coming off the overpass; by the time you see the motorcycle, it’s too late.
Interstate 5 near Exit Number 175
on i5 northbound at exit 175, (just north of the northgate mall exit) there is an overpass with construction vehicles parked underneath on the right side. police love to hide among the construction and shoot their laser guns between them. photo of the area is here;

State Route 99N near Viaduct
As you enter the viaduct and ramp up, just as it veers left, there is a cutout on the right verhe of the viaduct (yes, strange). Three times we’ve seen a trooper sit there and radar.
