Motorcycle cops hide by the cement columns on underpass (in front of Water Dept, just north of Tully’s), where the speed limit drops to 30mph. Sometimes they even set up flanking teams between Alaska St. (by Fedex) north to Lander St.

State Route 99N near Viaduct

As you enter the viaduct and ramp up, just as it veers left, there is a cutout on the right verhe of the viaduct (yes, strange). Three times we’ve seen a trooper sit there and radar.
