Georgia State Line to near Anniston   Anniston, Alabama

First, road signs say highway under construction. They have been that way 2 times in last 6 months and have yet to see any sign of construction. No dirt being moved, no construction equipment. I have seen numerous law enforcement vehicles on both the east and west bound sides. Road appears to be in good shape so, based on my police background, the speed limit was dropped to 55 in order to generate revenue. Maybe they are going to use that to "fix" the roads. NOT!
