Madison, Wisconsin Speed Traps
E Washington Ave near Paterson St
Officers are camped out here frequently late at night.
Wright Street near Anderson Street
This trap is just east of Anderson Street, near MATC Truax. This is a four lane road in a semi-commercial area with very little traffic marked way down to a practically crawling 25 MPH limit. There will be two people on lawn chairs on the parkway; one with a gun (barely visable, not projected) and another with a note pad. Close to them, at the closest side-street will be a squad, waiting for the next "victim".

Interstate 94 near Rest Stops
Cops will be on motorcycles or cars in the rest stops of I-94 (either parking lots or on the ramps) both east and west bound in Jefferson County to review traffic both ways on I-94. They also sit in the medians. Jefferson County and the State Patrol have a special arrangement, as does Racine County. Be vigilant in both counties as it is a revenue sport in both counties.

They pull over 10-20 people in the middle of the day using this trap. One cop sits in the parking lot across from Associated Bank and tags cars with the lasers. They radio another cop that pulls cars over. They have 2-4 squad cars that pull cars over… slow down through this intersection.
