12/18 Expressway near Whitney Way

Madison, WisconsinFeb 11, 20080 Comments

(12/18 West and East Beltline) An officer will be either sitting in a chair, or there will be a car in between the east bound and west bound lanes, and the participating units will be sitting on the on ramps following the speed trap. You will not see it coming if the officer running the laser gun is standing alone. He will hide behind crash prevention water barrels. Be Careful!

An unmarked car will sit in the median just above Whitney Way radaring cars, while there will be several cars on the westbound on-ramp(not visible to traffic on beltline)waiting to go after speeders. I saw this as I was exiting the beltline onto Whitney.
