Photo radar. Saw this twice in November. 30mph zone in what looks like a business district (four lanes of traffic). Tracking people going southbound.
NE 47th Ave between Halsey/Glisan
Photo radar. This section of 47th Ave is a 25mph zone (not sure why). They have run this radar at night tracking southbound traffic. I saw many, many cars get nabbed in a short time frame. The speed indicator is covered in dirt so you cannot read it. They place the warning sign on the ground near Halsey, making it impossible to spot – especially for those turning onto 47th from Halsey.
Southeast Division Street near 16th Avenue
A police van equipped with a camera and radar sometimes parks near the intersection of Southeast Division St. and 16th Avenue during the evening traffic rush.
