My wife was driving. I was reclining with seat back down. Sheriff’s Deputy pulled her over with a cockamamie story that she came speeding off the I-95 ramp–Which Was 15 Miles Away. I sincerely think that she was stopped because he saw a lone blonde in the car. When I got up and he saw me, he said that he would just give her a warning. I should have taken his picture and got his name and badge number.
US Highway 58
US Highway 58 East of I-95 is Highly Enforced. As a resident here I can say I have seen up to seven vehicles pulled on a 4 mile stretch from I-95 to just west of the airport.

Police cars hiding in the dark use instant-on radar to catch even those who dare to use detectors. Actual speed of vehicles is increased in the citation to raise the fee collected. Mine was raised from 75 mph in a 65 to 81 in a 65. The officer refused to show the radar readout when requested. How to prove this in court? This pushes the infraction to reckless driving, making Virginia drivers targets of new "remedial penalties" beyond the speeding fines. VA drivers targeted – out of state plates are ignored in favor of VA drivers so that the additional penalties can be assessed.
