San Antonio, Texas Speed Traps
Evans Rd near Green Mountain
The sherrif and constable are near Green Mountain Rd. especially near the end of the month in order to meet their quotas. This is and artificially low speed zone of 40 where similar hill country type roads are at least 55 if not higher. The law knows this and sits at the bottom of the hill approaching east bound to green mountain to catch unsuspecting drivers. Contact your county commissioner to get the speed limit raised to a more reasonable rate.

US-281 & Mecca Drive by Midas Center
I was changing my oil at Valvoline when I saw an unmarked maroon Ford Crown Victoria with lights flashing pulling someone over into the Midas. The Ford Crown Victoria had private plates, as well; how is that legal? Shouldn’t SAPD vehicles have police "exempt" plates?
US-281 S & Nakoma Drive
Same maroon camouflage SAPD vehicle pulled over a vehicle in the 281-S mainlanes just north of Nakoma Drive by a few hundred feet. Obviously revenue generating. Best of luck!
